Searches and booking requests

We use your chosen destination, stay dates and guest count to find hotel availability. When you send a booking request, we use your name, email, phone number, stay selection and any optional ALL membership number or special requests to handle it and contact you. Requests are stored using Cloudflare. Request details are emailed to our team, and we send an acknowledgement to your email address.

Your IP address is used to limit abusive requests. Your browser remembers your search and theme preferences using local storage.

Google Analytics

Google Analytics uses cookies to measure visits and actions such as hotel searches, rate selections and successful booking requests. We send page categories, limited campaign codes and selected hotel or outcome details. We do not send your contact details, loyalty number, special requests, booking reference, exact stay dates or full URL query strings in these events. Advertising features are disabled, and we do not use session replay.

Google Analytics runs automatically on Trip1A. A Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal in your browser keeps Google Analytics off.

How Google uses information from sites that use its services

Cloudflare site performance

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page visits and loading performance. We use Cloudflare's setting to exclude EU visitor data. This measurement runs separately from Google Analytics. About Cloudflare's collection.
